Products

I attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products that are owned and sold by myself on this website. However, I cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete or free from error.

Images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Wood is a natural material and will vary in appearance from piece to piece. Furthermore, I cannot guarantee that your computer’s monitor displays colours accurately.

I endeavour to be as accurate as possible when crafting a piece to the dimensions specified for that product. As all products are made by hand, they will vary slightly from piece to piece. Furthermore, wood is a natural material and will expand and contract with the seasons throughout the year. Once a product has left my workshop, I cannot guarantee that the dimensions will remain within specification.

Products sold are supplied for your domestic and private use only. I hold no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, interruption of business, or loss of business opportunity.

Ordering & Availability

Products may be ordered by clicking on the items and adding them to the website’s basket. Any input errors can be checked and amended up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking ‘Place Order’ on the checkout page.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging that I have received your order. You will be provided an order number with your confirmation.

Please note that this does not mean that I have accepted your order. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance. I am not obliged to accept your order and may, at my own discretion, decline to accept any order. However, you acknowledge that by clicking ‘Place Order’ on the checkout page, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s). The contract between you and I in relation to any ordered products will only be formed when I send you confirmation of dispatch. Once the contract has been entered, I am legally required to supply you with the products that are in conformity with the contract.

Delivery

At this time, products can only be ordered through the website if to be delivered to a UK address.

Please contact me using the contact form on the website to discuss and arrange the possibility of international delivery.

Made to Order

Most products are made to order, and will be labelled as such near the ‘Add to Basket’ button on the product’s page.

All made to order pieces are crafted exclusively for you. They are unique, special, and honour a heritage craft.

Please note that due to the devotion of time, materials, and care for these pieces, sales are final and non-refundable. 

Returns & Exchanges

For products that are not made to order, returns must conform to my returns policy:

• products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• products should be returned undamaged and unused, and returned in their original packaging and protective shipping box
• I may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product(s), up to their full price, if any of the obligations above are not complied with
• products must be returned at the purchaser’s expense, and I am unable to accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit

Instructions for the return of the product(s) will be sent by email when you contact me to request a return.

Most products, even those that are not made to order, are still often a one-off and an exchange is not possible. However, if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me as soon as possible.

Faulty Products

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, or develops a fault, please contact me as soon as possible, providing your name, address and order reference.

I make every effort to ensure this site is secure within reason and within the scope of its purpose. This include applying updates in a timely fashion. However, I cannot guarantee that any content on this site is free from malicious code. You must take responsibility to implement your own IT safeguards to satisfy your particular requirements.
